Thank you for shopping at Barakah Supplements. We are committed to providing high-quality products and want to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following to understand your rights and how our return policy works in line with UK consumer law.
Your Legal Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. This cooling-off period allows you to return unopened products for a full refund. The cooling-off period begins from the day you receive your order.
Please note: The cooling-off period applies only to unopened products. Supplements that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returning Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, as per UK law. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for assistance.
If the item becomes faulty after 30 days but within 6 months, you are entitled to a replacement or repair.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Please reach out to us at help@barakahsupplements.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos of damaged or faulty products.
Return Authorization: Once we confirm the return is eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization and return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for returns to ensure the safe return of your item.
Non-returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened supplements
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Bundles (if only part of the bundle is returned)
Free items (must be returned along with the main purchase)
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns of unopened items, bundles, and free items. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, restocking, and processing the returned products.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we’ve received and inspected the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you are returning an item within the 14-day cooling-off period, the refund will include the cost of the item. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will send out the replacement or issue a store credit, depending on your preference.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please first check your bank or credit card statement. If you still don’t see the refund, please contact us at help@barakahsupplements.com and we will investigate further.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel it. Please contact us immediately at help@barakahsupplements.com. Once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel it, but you can return the unopened items following our return policy.
